It’s a really good thing to think about yourself…self love…self care. However, it’s also a wonderful thing to think about others as well. You, help raise the vibration of this world.

What do you think would happen, if even just half of the people on earth would take 5 minutes out of their busy lives, say maybe, 3 times a week, and send loving thoughts out into the world? Do you think it would help everyone to be a bit kinder to each other…to the animals…to Mother Earth?

What if everyone would just do one small act of kindness each day? Do you think that would help people to smile, to care about each other, and maybe get along?

Personally, I know that happiness, caring, sharing, laughing, having fun, and thankfulness would be so awesome! Please, lets try a little harder…
