  • 1 (12 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 2 large eggs eggs, beaten
  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon salt
